The ultimate vision of The Crucible is to see our culture impacted and transformed through the powerful medium of the arts. This must begin by investing in the lives of the artists themselves . As a nonprofit organization, Crucible International is entirely dependent on donor contributions to fund its ongoing outreach to the creative community.
Because we want to make the services of The Crucible accessible to as many people as possible, we try to keep costs affordable for our participants. The truth is, the tuition budget alone for any of our courses is simply not
equal to the cost of what we believe God has laid on our hearts. We are therefore looking for partners who will join with us to achieve our goals. This entails helping to underwrite the following:
Staff salaries -- executive director (full time), administrative assistant (part time), business manager (part time)
Honoraria for the variety of gifted speakers for our 12-week course or one time seminars who know how to relate to the creative community
Rental of facilities for our weekend retreats
Three- to five-day intensives in Nashville and other locations as an alternative format to the 12-week course
Development of web-based resources, curriculum, and promotional materials
As you invest in the vision of The Crucible – whether it is by sponsoring an artist to participate in one of our courses, or by contributing directly to our operating expenses – you will be helping to ensure a new generation of artists who know who they are and what they are called to do.
